Together with Center for Ledelse (Centre of Management) CfOP offers a course of certification in "Karrieremodellen" (The Career Model)

The Career Model is a very exciting tool, which can be used related to coaching and career counselling, in courses of management development and internally at companies in courses of development.

The Career Model operates with 4 different directions of the career and it covers both the immediate preferences of the person as well as his underlying motives. Whether there is a match between conscious choices and underlying motives or not can be an eye opener and may serve as the point of departure of a very interesting dialogue.

The course will be held on 20 November and 16 December 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

In between the days of the course 3 test feedbacks will be carried out. As usual the course will be in comfortable surroundings in Frichsparken, Århus. The maximum of 12 participants invites to an open an informal atmosphere where we also have the wonderful opportunity of meeting good colleagues.

The normal fee of this course is DKK 14.500 for members. Our fee is DKK 10.750  excl. tax incl. course material and food.
