1. Enquiry
   At a pre-meeting, which is arranged on basis of your enquiry by phone or mail, we discuss the nature of the specific task, your goals, we adapt our common expectations to the solutions and exchange idea
   
   
2. Proposition
   We make a proposition that consists of a description of purpose, activities and process, ethics, staff and economy.
   
   
3. Solving of task
   According to the agreements we solve the tasks in a joint co-operation with the board, the management or a focus group. The tasks are always solved by the partners at CfOP. If there are more than 12 participants the task is always solved by two consultants. 
   
   
4. Follow up and evaluation
   There is always a final follow up on the activities in order to ensure successful implementation and efficient results.
