At CfOP we solve conflicts in your organisation so that the involved colleagues are able to work together professionally. We solve conflicts at many levels. It could be between divisions and colleagues. It could be between board members or partners as well as between CEOs and employees. It could be between companies or between companies and sub-contractors.
We are trained in dealing with conflicts and keeping our focus on solutions. We are certified mediators who can mediate at all levels following clear and distinct ethical rules. If necessary we work together with lawyers and solicitors.
Together with our customers or the involved parties we agree upon how to structure the event to the utmost benefit – possibly with one or two mediators. We can agree upon solutions from a single mediation meeting of three or four hours to a course that lasts for at longer, limited period of time. We are skilled in various methods of mediating – for example the five-phase model, transformative and narrative methods.
