CfOP creates a process that enables you as a project manager to:

• proactively meet the challenges that go with the very task of being a project manager.
• navigate in the schism between line and projects, between development and implementation and between the short term project and the long term project.

At CfOP you will have a partner that has a sound experience in project management and project design. At CfOP we are also experts in seeing which needs of competences a specific project demands.

We do this by:

• communicating the knowledge and initiating the training which project management demands in general
• investigating the concrete project profile together with the project manager, estimating the specific opportunities and challenges of the project, defining the specific competences the project demands and from this platform we design a course for the project manager.
